Never had a problem with CH medical until today and i have been at the practice for 16 years. I have just called for an update on my referral and the receptionist was quite rude and uncaring, she couldnt care less....more compassion is needed here.

Recently joined over from St Chads as I wanted to stay with Dr. J Moore (FANTASTIC doctor) had no issues, always helpful and polite. Always manage to get quick appointment within the week and seen triage on the day for emergency's

I went to GP because my brother was diagnosed with high blood pressure and since my father already has this problem, I wanted to take the necessary care to prevent bigger problems in the future, I was very well looked after from reception to the doctor and nurse, they showed concern and respect me. right at the first consultation it was found that my blood pressure was super high and they already prescribed medicine to control it and made an appointment for follow up and necessary tests.Very clean gp, has plenty of parking space.

I've been coming to this GP surgery for around 2 years. They've always been helpful and I've always managed to get an appointment (which was a surprise from my last GP). However, I recently had to call them about a private referral in which the Dr wrote down the wrong address, and now they've told me I have 30 days to leave as my addresses don't match. I sobbed down the phone to the receptionist (who had less empathy and compassion than a teaspoon) and explained my severe medical anxiety and how much of a struggle this was going to be, all over a simple mistake, and they could not care less. To be honest, if this is how they treat people with severe anxiety and depression, maybe it is better if I leave.

Why are all the receptionist so nasty there all so abrupt and make out your lying to them the doctors are great no issues with them but cant deal with the receptionist

I saw the physiotherapist Sarah Fox! Firstly, what a lovely lady! She made me feel completely at ease within seconds of meeting her. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt heard, I appreciated her sense of humour and the way she was.

I absolutely love this surgery and wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had any problems getting through. I always get to talk to a receptionist 60 seconds after ringing. Believe me guys there are far far worse places you could be a patient at. The staff have always been very accommodating and i love that i can pre-book an appointment for a weeks time. I don't agree with these ridiculous all on the day appointments. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the wonderful work guys.

It says on the automated message to give the receptionist a brief indication of your problem so I did and the receptionist interrupted me and said speak to a nurse not me! I only rang to see if I can get my prescription changed

When I call the doctors 48 times and miss his call back. I don't want him telling the lady on the desk do I want antibiotics as discussed. No I want to speak to you who gets paid for having me on your books. ThanksI don't have time to waste too as I work.
