My little old lady westie went for her haircut and pamper yesterday and I would just like to thank Dan for the lovely job he did with her haircut, she came back smelling and looking beautiful - she is always very keen to go and have her groom with Dan which is lovely for us as we know she is in very safe hands - thank you Dan and thank you also to Jess who is always super helpful and friendly - you are both very much appreciated xx

I'm writing this review to share my experience with using Rabart Canine and to warn potential customers from purchasing from this business.I recently bought three pairs of scissors from Rabart Canine - spending more than £300. When the first parcel arrived, containing two pairs of scissors, one of these had brown marks on it and looked like it had been used. I contacted the business owner on the same day to let her know that I wanted to return the scissors and waited for a response, but she did not reply. I followed up with another email a few days later, but again received no response. In the meantime I visited her website and saw that the terms and conditions specified that returns are to be made within 7 days, and so, even though I still had not received a reply from the business, I went ahead and sent the scissors back anyway, to make sure they were returned within the time stipulated by the business. A few days after this, the third pair of scissors I had ordered arrived, and these were definitely faulty as they jam and do not close back together.About one week later, I still had not heard from the business, so one of my staff called and spoke to the business owner who confirmed she had indeed received the emails I had sent, as well as the returned scissors, but flatly refused to issue a refund, despite this blatantly going against the terms and conditions stated on her own website. She did not even offer to replace the scissors. She was also verbally abusive to my staff member, who remained calm throughout (I was present during the conversation) and who understandably asked if she could speak to someone else who could help, to which she replied, Do you think this is Amazon
