Don't bother to go to them as they couldn't be bothered - drove to Kwik Fit Plus, Bournemouth - and received an excellent service!

Took my car in for a brake check, tried to fob me off saying the brake pads are worn when they was only changed a week before hand, also in the process of putting my driver side wheel on, they have damaged my locking nut by over tightening it, which in turn is costing me more money to replace it! Very very unprofessional from qualified mechanics" will definitely not be going there ever again

Great experience using them. Fast, friendly and cheerful staff. I arrived at 8:30am after pre-ordering two rear tyres. Just after 9am I was handed the keys back and I was on my way. Great service, no faults to note.

Disappointing customer service in store.I looked online for the best prices for tyres for my car, I needed my MOT done at the same time so called to book MOT. While on the phone I said I needed new tyres and asked if I needed to order these online. I was advised I did not and they would order them in.When I took my car in for its MOT and tyres, I was charged and extra 25% on the price of the tyres and was told this was because I had not ordered them online, despite being told not to.After complaining to head office I have since received a refund.

Visited late on a Thursday. Four tyres required, none in stock but ordered for next day. Was kept informed by phone, booked in next morning and job completed. Great service, I’d recommend these guys. Thanks!

went to national tyres yesterday to get 2 tyres fitted only to find out I'd ordered the wrong size. the manager didn't send us away instead he tried his best and helped us out of a tough spot cannot thank them enough. thanks to the team at national tyres for some of the best care I could have ever asked for will defo be a returning customer

Needed two front Tyres prior to MOT. Ordered Two Goodyear ones on line (OrderW7537358). Chose because it was a brand name I recognised, but more importantly, whilst most tyres were shown as available from 13th onwards, they were shown as available from 12th onwards. Booked early fitting for 0930 hours on the 12th and delivered car about 0915 hours. Was informed fitting would take about one hour. Was hoping to go out afterwards. After about 45 minutes received a phone call stating tyres not delivered. Tyres not fitted until about 1200 hours. Whole morning wasted and trip out had to be cancelled. Why did the IT system allow me to book at a time before tyres were available. Why did the receptionist not tell me of the delay when I dropped the car off and booked it in?
