Going in here you can sort out any errors in your order. However, no disrespect to the drivers here, please, please sort out and check that you have packed ALL items ordered. Ordering for 3 people and only receiving 1 full order and only receiving sides such as hash browns when you've ordered a full breakfast meal, and not for the first time, just isn't good enough! The food that did come this time was cold! Why order again? You have hope, knowing that this has happened before and to others, that the staff can get it right, finally! Definitely won't be ordering a delivery again from here! For the sake of others that do order through a delivery, please remember to put in syrup for the pancakes and dips etc...something you seem to forget time and time again! It may be a small thing here, but people order these for a reason! Recommendation: Check orders before they go out and make sure people have everything they've ordered and paid for! If it's that difficult, you need to find another job that's more suitable!

If I could give no stars I would. First they forget the chicken nuggets out of the meal. Then they didn't give us the straws for the drinks and we had to go back. And the cheeseburger was a chicken burger with nothing in it but chicken. No sauce. Nothing at all. Dry and tasteless.Too busy chatting with friends to bother about us or any semblance of customer service.

We popped into McDonalds on our way home from a Guide Dog puppy raisers meeting. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and our Guide Dog puppy was made very welcome.

No complaints. Located in the middle of the city centre, 2 floors for dining. Only issues, toilets and it's always packed, day or night so service can be slow. Atmosphere fantastic because of the crowd. Overall thumbs up.

Just the usual stuff. Had ordered apple/grapes with my takeaway at 9pm instead of standard fries. Found that they had conveniently skipped it and didn't let me know. Cheats .

Hardly ever seen this place crowded per say. Ample seating and parking spaces whenever I have visited. Kids keep busy on the tabs provided as well, while they wait.

Well the food service was good, ordered ahead on the app, told them via the app the table I was sitting at, and the food arrived.Pancakes and sausage with a latte is what I ordered this morningand can state that the food service was prompt, with a smileAlthough staff were busy cleaning both inside and outside, and someone reminding them to wash their hands when they can (good food hygiene practice to routinely wash them even if visibly clean) was let down overall by the facilities in the gents. One urinal was out of order (heavily hinted by the tape!) which seems to of been that way for a while. Small management failure in maintenance and undertaking planned and preventative works, which has let down my overall experience here as a dine in customer.

Chicken Italiano Meal £7.69 with a milk shake. What a joke!Better to eat out in a restaurant. Fast convenient food was disappointing and tasteless. Tiny proportions. See pictures. The lettuce was wilted black and the chicken piece tiny! I’m case your wondering it’s so small it’s about the size of a tomato.Won’t be going here for a long time.I had to tell the manager who was serving me that the large fries were half full. She didn’t look to happy that I pulled her up on it.Fries were under cooked and cold.Very bad experience.

The food is not poor of itself, its just highly processed. I go there for the coffee. Its quite pleasant to sit outside too
