Initially very helpful, discs looked great.Until I drove the car and they clicked relentlessly, on inspection they’re buckled which is why they overheat and then grind on a longer journey (not the cheapest either), they are fitted entirely correctly, they were checked 4 times! Fobbed off until it was over 30 days on eBay and refuse to reply. “They need bedding in, grooved discs do that”, not true they’re just faulty and terrible quality. Now I need to raise it with small claims under consumer rights law. Shame really, I wanted to solve it fairly and amicably. But avoid at all costs is my advise.

Requested a quote for rear and front brakes and front suspension. Was impressed how quickly they came back and with reasonable prices. Was asked to leave a review on my experience so far and that's when I got scared due to recent reviews on their website. I'm desperate for brakes so have taken the plunge assured by their 30 day returns policy. So fingers crossed positive outcome. If so will go ahead and get suspension parts. Wish me luck!

Ordered a part received it quickly and packed good. I tried to replace part but was cheaper buying the full part. I returned the part and was given full refund straight away.

Purchased a driveshaft from here and it failed within a month of fitting, they took 2+ weeks to respond to my message about the faulty item then told me I would have to buy a second item from them for me to be able to get an warranty inspection done on the faulty part. Sent me out a new CV boot as a goodwill gesture" but that's not much use on a shaft that now has 2-3mm play because the boot split and it lost all the grease waiting for a reply from them."

Really really pleased with the spring conversion from air suspension on my BMW tourer by AtoZ (can’t recommend them enough).Just excellent service quick and good value why BMW cause so much aggravation to customers with such a rubbish solution we’ll never know!

I stumbled into AZ on ebay and realised they had a 'real shop', so had a chat to both Taz & Sid (lovely / helpful / knowledgeable guys) and got a great deal on rotors, pads and wear sensors for my Boxster S. Placed order in the afternoon, shipped from Wakefield and arrived in Wiltshire the following morning! Well packaged, all sensors, pads and discs marked up, so really simple when prepping my work area. Was hesitant about Kinetix discs, but they are absolutely brilliant paired with supplied Brembo pads. Discs are well within tolerance and after I wire brushed my hubs the discs sat totally flat and true and more importantly spin true! Everything paired beautifully and better than my previous set up. Discs are coated and look brilliant, 90 miles in, no squeaks, no noise, look bright and also rear shoes were easy to house. I'm really impressed by the guys, their professionalism, the product, the packaging, the delivery, their friendly nature and most of all their knowledge. I will never use ECP again, they couldn't get my order right and pricing has gone through the roof. Well done Sid & Taz and thanks again for a great deal and A1 service. Keep doing what your doing, I will return and so will my family and friends. The only negative, is the shiny discs now means I've got to clean my car and get my wheels refurbished....Regards, Al

What a real pleasure to order parts for a Renault clio Sport 197 and find that the guys at A to Z Spares really know what they are talking about!I've had some issues trying to find parts for this car but A to Z were right on the button with their knowledge, the parts were dispatched the same day and on my doorstep within 24 Hours in the face of a postal strike!Awesome performance and I will be shopping with them again!The parts arrived, the quality was good and they were exactly as described and an enhancement on what I thought I was going to be buying so the slightly higher headline price on the bearings was more than justified by the specialist nature of the components.Five out of five stars from me on this rating!

Bought my car and found that the brake pads were getting low and the discs lipped, was just looking on eBay when A to Z messaged me with a good offer, purchased them and saved them till my car needed them.So I fitted them a few weeks ago then I got a rattling noise, tuns out it's the pads rattling in the carrier, I contacted A to Z who said the brembo pads were correct for my car, bought these as a package with the discs which were correct, ended up contacting my local euro car parts who confirmed the pads were wrong so A to Z lied to me.Bought the correct pads from euro's, then studying the listing on eBay I zoomed in on the pads to see the same part no. I'd purchased, A to Z now won't refund me for suppling the wrong pads, I'll never use them again.

Fantastic service, order placed for drilled discs, pads and sensors for my Jag XFS at approx. 10.30pm and they were delivered the next day at 09.30. Parts arrived very well packaged and are of very good quality. All fitted well and looks great Thanks guys.

I’ve bought drilled pads and discs For my range Rover sport SVR from these guys first I spoke to a gentleman called Sid he was very very helpful very nice guy very professional he gave me the right advice and then I spoke to a gentleman called Azahar he was also very helpful giving me information about the pads and discs for what I needed for my car so yeh definitely 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for you guys and I would definitely recommend A-Z car parts in Wakefield And they will also very reasonably priced cheaper than anybody out there on the market
