they don't respect the drivers. Always having problems with drinks. this has already been said. but they don't want to know, especially the manager. Respect the drives, as you also depend on our service, just like during the pandemic.

I love this Starbucks and am so happy that it’s minutes from where I live.They always make my caramel macchiato to spec (I’ve found central London branches are very sloppy and sometimes just don’t add the caramel at all).The staff are all friendly and polite, wishing me a nice day on my way out and engaging in conversation.…When the branch first opened service was pretty slow and not all staff were polite and friendly but it’s been really nice to watch the whole team grow and develop into the slick operation they seem to be running now.I often leave smiling so thanks!

I don't know how many times I asked for my coffee to be packaged carefully. Terrible way of packaging, look at the condition the delivery bag arrived in. I had to help clean it up. very disrespectful towards the customer and the delivery who wasted his time having to clean up.

Awful service. The staff are always rude, Sam, especially has a bee in his bonnet for some unknown reason. The attitude shown to me yesterday when ordering a coffee was unnecessary. Coffee was rubbish too!

Terrible attitude! It's as if when you visit the store and buy a coffee, you owe these clerks £1 million!I noticed many customers saying thank you" to these clerks as they left

The store closes at 6:30pm on Sunday but the manager/supervisor didn’t want to serve any customer 6:08pm I told him you close @ 6:30 he said no I close @ 6:00 bad service, not a chance given

New store (opened in mid Aug 2022) so very clean. Not particularly interesting inside. Just four walls and usual industrial look. Seats about 20 people inside with three larger tables and three small ones. More seating outside. Opens 6am on weekdays and Saturdays so will be good for grabbing a coffee and breakfast before catching the train.

Not sure the previous review is fair…as it was very busy /chaotic in the first 1 hour of their grand opening with a long queue brewing from 9:30am.Staff were very patient and helpful with my requests, especially the till staff regarding my Starbucks Account. Staff members giving out orders were focused and attentive to my missing item. This was rectified and recovered immediately with great customer service.Will definitely be a regular customer, as the seating area is very nice; perfect for coffee meetings & remote working.

Every day I order a coffee via Deliveroo and it's the same thing, the coffees are always poorly packaged and sometimes open. It's not the driver's fault because I know he doesn't do the packaging, he's just the delivery guy. And I always call the company and get my money back, but I don't want that, I just want to have my coffee. Thinking about it, I started asking for another coffee shop and it's much better, I had no problem with deliveries and I advise all customers who are in this situation to do so. Apparently the company doesn't care about its customers..
