Extremely disappointed with the recent flowers I ordered and will not be ordering from there again. They looked absolutely nothing like what was shown in the photo on the website. The arrangement looks dull, not put together well at all. Not done a very good professional job. There is far green and not enough colour. Some of the flowers are not fresh. Also they got the day of my pick up wrong and there was confusion there. I phoned to express my disappointment and they were not helpful at all.

Myself, my daughter and son ordered 3 floral arrangements online at Petals & Plants for a funeral on 1st February. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our wishes regarding delivery of the tributes (when my daughter made a phone call to them) for which we are so very grateful. The quality and beauty of each of the floral tributes were excellent! We were so pleased with them all. Thanks so much Petals and Plants! Will definitely be using your services again.

Ordered a summer garden style bouquet for mum's 90th birthday today, I asked if they could be delivered am if poss but understood if not. They arrived in the morning, and a lovely lady presented them to my mum. The arrangement was gorgeous, one of the best I have ordered. The balloon an extra special touch. Would highly recommend and use them again. Lovely people, lovely arrangement, thank you.

Ordered some last minute flowers for my best friend's 40th birthday. I made the order around 0930hrs and she received them before lunchtime.Their same day service is brilliant and my best friend loved the flowers so much. Definitely would recommend them.
