Complete waste of my time and money!!! I have a steering fault code that has been coming up on the car and its cost me 408 quid for a new battery and key fob battery. They have used quarter of a tank of fuel test driving" my car aswel. I went to pick the car up from Northampton from miltonkeynes to arrive with the exact same fault on my dash and was unable to start the car

Disappointed to say the least , my 35 year Old beloved Ford which I’ve owned 32 years has been abused and neglected by them . A total mess . An insult that they think this is acceptable. Read my full post on Trustpilot .

Tl;DR Online store doesn't reflect actual stock levels and staff do not seem interested in chasing up orders in a timely manner. Check stock before ordering and don't expect a timely follow-up if there are any delays.Ordered an Airtec radiator from their online store as we don't have any local suppliers in Australia. Received an order confirmation and then heard nothing for two weeks, tried emailing and received no response, and then when I called to ask for an estimated lead time I was told that they didn't know when the radiators would be in stock and that I would receive a notification when they did. I was offered a refund on the spot, which I took, but would have happily waited for another two weeks had I been given any indication of when new stock would arrive.Since then I have contacted Airtec directly to confirm stock (they responded within 24hrs), and the radiator was shipped within 24hrs of order placement. Maybe Jamsport had their reasons for not providing a lead time on request (and I get that international orders do take some time), but the difference in service could not be more stark. Given how quickly Airtec responded to me when I contacted them directly, I can only assume that stock management is VERY low on their list of priorities.Can't comment on their workshop services and I've no doubt that they would be fine to deal with in person, but I won't be using their online store again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Car failed MOT. They fixed the issue, didn’t try and overcharge or tell me about others issues. Saw my advisories on the MOT and said don’t worry about them as they are none issues. Could of lied and said it was bad but didn’t. Only thing is they need a bell at the desk as getting somebody’s attention was difficult!

I'm giving this excuse if a company a 1 star review because, about 3 years ago I took in my focus st for a block mod and a 6 paddle helix clutch to be installed, the clutch was brought form a 3rd party. I spent the day in Northampton because I was told it'll be an all day job. So when I got a phone call at about 4 to pick the car up, the mechanic said 'I can't remember the clutch being that heavy, give it time to bed in'. So after about 4 months I'd had enough of the clutch slipping and being so heavy, I took it a friend's garage, they took it apart and I was told that it was a 5 paddle helix clutch not a 6, but aswell that it was worn right down to the rivets. I was annoyed but I let it pass, a few years later after selling my car I had a message off someone who has brought my car of the person who had it after me, they said that the original engine (the one I had block modded) has not been block modded and it suffered form 3 cracked liners. Now, when I've spent close to 2k at a company I thought I could trust because I was told that they are the best around, annoyed doesn't come close. I will never be using this company again and I do not recommend them. Stay well clear if you do not want to be disappointed.
