I have never experienced such blatant incompetence!We put in an order for fibre broadband to be installed last year.Even though we have send hundreds of emails and made countless phone calls they still won't update us on the progress of the order.If you send an email to there service team it never gets responded to. If you use the online portal to raise a ticket it takes on average 2 months and 5 sent messages before they respond that they can't plan anything without approval from another sub-division of the company.If you phone their support number it rings for about 8 minutes; telling you the whole time they have high call volumes; when it finally rings nobody picks up the phone. The automated message even has the audacity to suggest that you'd get a quicker response by using their online portal.After the third ring the phone system will eventually route you to a 3rd party call centre company that will pick up the phone. You ask them if they can give you any information or update about your request/support ticket and they just say no. They have no access to that information and can only send an update request via email to County Broadband. We asked them what their company was called and apparently they are not allowed to give that information out either. You ask for a manager to speak to and they just put the phone down. Their staff are either the busiest people on the planet or are just ignoring all communications.All this is before anything has even been installed, so I can only imagine and gather from other bad reviews, that we would be highly dissatisfied with the outcome anyway.In short if you are considering using County Broadband's service, DON'T! They are uncaring of all requests and seem to have made it deliberately impossible to contact them.You would get better customer service response from a dead cat!

Told I needed to renew, offers were less service for more money. I switched, not wanting the hassle, and they dropped my speeds and upped my price immediately, not at the end of the contract. Beware these crooks.

Joined this company thinking I’ll be better off noooooo should of stayed with the well known brand this company isn’t worth a **** don’t answer the phone haven’t offered one bit of compensation for the amount of times I’ve been left without broadband customer services non existent will be taking this further and legal as I want out of my contract as they do not meet there offer of contract

So frustrating. Broadband down for three days, dosen't matter how many support tickets you raise and messages you leave, no one gets back to you. The past 4 months have seen poor speed and lots of drop outs with connectivity.

Services been off for 3 days. A fortnightly occurrence. Have left numerous tickets, emails, Facebook messages, Instagram and phone calls now over 50. You cannot get through to anyone. That’s if it doesn’t cut you off before even attempting to connect. Diabolical service that I would love to leave given another option. Their speed levels are shocking all though a ‘fibre’ customer. I live in a small 2 bed bungalow and can’t get signal in the bedroom next to the router! Prices are extremely high for what you get. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Internet keeps dropping out and no one calls you back.I notice in their messaging service when you phone no longer allows you to leave a message. Presumably because even they realise that no one gets called backNumerous emails have been ignored

Ive been with county broadband full fibre for several years trouble free and the speed and reliability was very good.But recently have had outages for many hours at a time and have discovered that you cannot contact or speak to anyone regarding your problem, you just go round and round pressing options on the phone getting absolutely nowhere whilst listening to recorded messages about how they're helping other customers.Either their service is so bad they cannot cope or they do not have support staff.Either way I recommend going with a provider who will answer your calls and actually start doing something to repair your internet.

The only way you will get an immediate response from these cowboys is to email the CEO or leave a bad trust pilot review! Otherwise their customer service is non existent! So glad I managed to get out when I did!! CROOKS!!

Been without Internet or phonline since 23/10, its now 21/11! You open tickets, you get a reply to say they are dealing with it then nothing! Even got a reply after opening a 3rd ticket to say apologies

Absolutely appalling communication and service, thoroughly disappointed Norfolk based customer!!We have had the router in for months but it is yet to be connected and there is no communication even when an official complaint is made.Think twice before using this company.
