Very kind staff member (taller gentleman) helped me pick up my parcel nice and easy

When my partially sighted husband went today to put in a parcel via Evri, supposedly picked there and then, he was met by a woman who chucked a bag at him and pointed to a machine and told to get on with it. When he explained his sight problem she got very huffy and clearly did not want yo serve him. He was made to feel like he was a real inconvenience. If you have no customer care skills do not work with the public. There were no other customers in the shop at the time.
