Came to store with child seat that had developed fault.Received exceptional customer service. The lady who specialises in car seat was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. A rare experience and reminds me why shopping in store can beat online!Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Terrible picking. Ordered a set of mudguards, should be simple. The picker got the make correct but not the actual set I ordered. It's basic stuff.Only reason for 2 stars is the service in store. He was very helpful and understood. Halford ĺost a sale because wrong item delivered.

We were involved in a minor collision on our way to our holiday, the car buckled our bike rack which was holding our boot box and our luggage. We limped to Tiverton where I had found a replacement in stock - hurrah! We wanted to keep it to see if it could be repaired at a later date but as we were heading up the line and didn’t have the space we asked if we could leave it for the week. Greg was a legend and let us keep the broken one at Halfords and collect it on our return. Fantastic flexible customer service! Thank you so much.
