Mervyn is the most genuine lovely man and has done nothing but help me with every situation possible. I got a car from Mervyn back in June and like any car it had a few problems with it which all I had to do is call up and Mervyn would be on it straight away, and now since being past the warranty stage I had another problem with the car and even though Mervyn could of told me to go else where he didn't he once again sorted the car out for me. I explained to Mervyn that we were going to resolve a problem on our own with the car as he had helped us so much and It was our responsibility, we'll less then a week later I called Mervyn up and asked for help because we physically had no one else to help us and straight away he said yes no problem, where I had the biggest worry of how we were going to get Christmas sorted for our young children because of a problem that was on going with the car Mervyn made all them worries go away to know that now wer are going to enjoy and start looking forwards to Christmas and a new baby because of Mervyn,I will be forever grateful to him and because of him I now know that there is still good people out there who is willing to help. I would absolutely recommend braddons to everyone not just because of the cars but because of the amazing service you receive as well as a friendship you can create, he has always been on the other end of the phone or called me back when needed and has heard many tears through it aswell.So thank you Mervyn for everything you have done for me and my family

What a brilliant car dealership! Mervyn was incredible helpful from start to finish. He did not pressure me into a sale at all. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind. He listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease throughout the process. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle several times to enable me to make a decision. Communication was fantastic and I was updated on all aspects of the sale. After receiving my car, which I am incredibly pleased with, there was two very minor issues which Mervyn was more than happy to assist with and continued to provide a high level of customer care and support. These were rectified with the least amount of disruption to me as Mervyn could organise. I would not hesitate in using this company again. A very well mannered gentleman with a fantastic business which I wish all the luck to. Thank you from myself and my family.
