Paid £30 up front to have a throw and duvet washed and dried. Went to collect the items and they maintained I had not paid and I had to pay again to collect. I don't make mistakes about paying out that amount of cash, but it was my word against theirs. Fortunately, I knew exactly when I went in and I asked them to check their till roll. I got my money refunded eventually.Daylight rsobbery. If you pay up front, get a receipt.
