Starlings of Swaffham

First class customer service and produce! I approached Kim back in November and asked her if she would be able to make me some bespoke fruit hampers for my customers. Kim worked with me to produce the most amazing hampers that included fruit, granola bars, apple juice, honey and a fantastic lemon infused rapeseed oil. Kim sourced all of the additional items locally based on her network of contacts. I was keen to use as much local produce and suppliers as possible, with Kim only having to go a little further afield for the exotic fruit. I ordered 56 hampers to be delivered nation wide on a specific day. Everyone arrived on time and in perfect condition. I received amazing thank you notes from my customers who were delighted with their hampers, many of them posting on social media highlighting how gorgeous they were. I cannot thank Kim and her team enough for the amount of hard work and personal commitment that went in to making my special order for me. I will be a returning customer for any future corporate needs and my only disappointment is that I do not live locally and cannot pop in and purchase my weekly fruit and veg from Starlings. Sorry I can only give you a 5 star rating Kim, you deserve much more than that!

Such a wonderful service and beautiful flowers. I wanted flowers delivered to a friends grave for her birthday. I live 8 hours drive away. Kim at Starlings was wonderful. Lovely family run business. Fruit and vegetables are always top quality and mostly local. Staff always ready to help and attentive. Nothing too much trouble.The flowers are excellent quality and staff very helpful and compassionate. They were so helpful recently when I needed to order flowers for a friend's funeral. Wonderful family-run shop in the heart of Swaffham. Been here for years. Take a pride in their fruit and veg, and their flowers are exceptional. Asked them to deliver Christmas flowers for my mum in a care home at very short notice and they came up trumps with the most fantastic bouquet she's ever seen. An absolute gem!

Ordered a bouquet from Starlings for my wife’s birthday. Obviously I don’t know too much about flowers but I do know that my wife likes tulips.The very helpful and professional lady in the shop (Sorry I don’t know your name but I am think your the owner) explained what she could do and how nice it would look.The bouquet arrived today, early as promised and my wife loved them.They did not disappoint, a huge bouquet of tulips with other decorative foliage.Overall, an excellent local florist, very helpful and well priced, thank you.I did take a photo of the bouquet to add to the review but I couldn’t attach it. You’ll have to take my word for it. They look lovely!
