Micks Barbers - Mickey P's

The barbers attitude and customer service skills left a lot to be desired.Got a bog standard short back and sides when I'd asked for a skin fade.Cape was dirty and full of hair.Didn't even bother showing me the back of my head afterwards.I got the feeling that the barber didn't want an ethnic minority in his shop.

Would not come again, I asked for a tapered cut and came back with a big standard skin fade. That cost me £15 and left me with ingrown hairs, would recommend if you want WD-40 Sprayed on the clippers and straight onto the scalp! Maybe a sign to get new ones.

Like many, I’ve had my hair cut by many, many people. Mick may have given me the best haircut ever! At worst case, any man should be happy. Of course, what makes Mick better is his sense of humor and great personality. Try to see him if ever in his area.

Micks is the best in blackburn I always have my heirs cut their I would not go anywhere else he is great and a humble person I would recommend him to everyone for a good heirs cut

Been going to Micks for 30+ years and its always top quality haircuts and really good banter. Amazing guy with a smile on his face and has the superpower to manage kids haircuts with minimal tears.100% quality every single time. I think I'll still be going to Micks when I go bald just to watch him in action.

I enjoyed going down there for the haircuts but as well as visiting him at times. Even though his exemplary haircut skills are past the others, I always see him and he gives me a thumbs up when I walk past. Perfectly balanced blend of respect and experience he has.

Seemed a very experienced barber, great parking too but I felt i went to the wrong place. Without my asking what I wanted I felt the barber was telling me the haircut my child needed and started it without consulting, in my experience style being such a subjective thing it's for you to decide not your barber. In addition I don't think he was able to do a fade at all. After looking at my sons hair I realise I should've got it done elsewhere. If anyone reads this, I need to know a decent barber in Blackburn, I was happy at the gentleman's workshop but it's been closed ages now and the others ive tried leave much to be desired. He mostly has it shoulder length and only has a trim to keep it tidy but in summer he is keeping a high fade going ton have to get it cut again now before the weekend

Personal Experience: I have been to Micks Barbers - Mickey P's for quite some time now and the service you receive is categorically phenomenal. The environment is fantastic, the shop is nice, clean and bright. Both Barbers are very respectful, authentic and professional. The prices they charge for haircuts and beard cuts etc is very good for value!! They have their own specialized styling products (hair gel) there to purchase if you need or want to purchase them (some other barbers don't do this). I have purchased one myself and found it was reasonably priced, the gel has a strong hold, lasts a long time and has a very nice scent. If you are looking for a clean, fresh new look, or wanting to change barbers, definitely check out Micks Barbers - Mickey P's they will be happy to assist you! This place has never disappointed me, i would recommend 100%! Best Barbers in Blackburn!
