The Victorious Sponge

Gail prepared our wedding cake and we were absolutely delighted with the outcome. It was stunning!! We had a three tiered cake with each one being a different flavour. It was a hit with everyone and had so many compliments on how lovely they all tasted. The sugar flowers were handmade and I must say, what a talent! Aside from the cake, Gail herself was very accomodating. We love how she met with us in person to get to know us, note our ideas so she could give us exactly what we were looking for, and was very easy to get in touch with. Would thoroughly recommend The Victorious Sponge.

Gail designed & created my husband and I’s dream wedding cake. She was so lovely and easy to work with and even dropped off our cake at our venue on the morning of our special day. She was very responsive over email and sent mock-up photos throughout the design process. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted delicious as well.
