Absolutely disgusting attitude at picking equipment up! I arranged for an afternoon pick up as mornings inconvenience.Received a text saying coming between 9.15 & 13.15 so called as it sai if not suitable to make sure coming later end of the slot ,but got disrespectful man saying that the time , Turned up at 11 when my elderly mum was being cared for ,driver Paul had total couldn't care attitude said wouldn't come back later, stood there hands in his pockets ,no idea what he even come for but refused to come back when more convenient. Absolutely disgraceful!
