Appered to have a fairly good selection of food stuff. As i was only in for a specific item was able to locate it quickly. However spent more time at cash out waiting to pay for same.

Did a big shop went to till only one with no strap across, unloaded the trolley young man came up and went to other till served a few customers looked at us and walked of down shop after five minutes another young man comes and goes on that till , he looks at us but doesn’t speak either then first Yong man comes back to same till once again we are looked at. Next young girl comes and goes on till beside us I asked was she not going to serve us and she said I am going on this till, at that I walked out . Totally disgusted with treatment pity young ones can’t speak. As soon as I find number for head office I will be putting a complaint in about our treatment

It's smaller than my local store but has a lot of completely different stock. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area with time to spare(left on your parking ticket as the carpark is prepaid).

Extremely rude and unhelpful young lady at the cashier's desk. Would need more training and supervision dealing with customers.

Friendly staff and good food variety but super outdated. Trolleys needs to be updated ASAP and a stand outside as ppl with babies and no older children/friend etc is a nightmare. Also who on earth puts vegs alongside desert!

Iceland Frozen Foods is located on the right just as you go into the Meadowlane Shopping Centre there is plenty of frozen and dry goods food to choose from at affordable prices, the customer service has improved so a five star rating is deserved
