Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Christchurch

I love this place. Everyone's so professional and so smiley and nice. Made my glasses there and going back because I know I'll get the best service and correct prescription. Amazing. Thumbs up

Cathy was super helpful & friendly when I went to collect my glasses and have them fitted. She gave me time & explained everything to me.

I broke the arm on my glasses while on holiday, I took them into SpecSavers in Christchurch, they were all busy but one of the girls were very helpful, took my glasses, replaced the pin and straightened them up for free, I think her name was Andrea. My glasses have not felt so comfortable for a quite a while, I was very impressed. Thanks

Really disappointing customer service today from the Christchurch bramch. I booked an audiologist appointment, which was confirmed by both text and voice call yesterday, only to arrive for my 11am appointment to be told audiologist is not in today due to train strikes, but nobody had bothered to call or text to let me know so I've had a wasted journey not to mention paying for a car parking space I didn't need to. Really poor service. Won't bother rebooking with them again.

OK. Staff are lovely, knowledgeable. The hearing test booth is situated at the front of the building, on the first floor. This means it is a few feet away from the bus stop immediately outside the store.This in turn means, if you're sat there, headphones on, and bus idling outside - you'll NEVER hear the low tones as the 'rumble' of the bus's engine drowns out everything! Madness I tell you!

Whilst spending a view days in Christchurch, I faced a mini emergency when the arm of my glasses came away from the frame. I popped into Specsavers, and Sally, a very friendly assistant, was incredibly helpful, took my glasses and within 30 minutes, had them back, fully functionally! I was so appreciative of Sally's help. Really top notch service. All assistants had a friendly disposition and the shop was bright and clean.

I ordered new glasses on 8th July and collected them on 29th. I've had eye tests here before, but never purchased - with the half price offer this time I did so.Service from Cathy to select my glasses was simply excellent - she found the perfect frame for me, very impressive.I was early for collection but Tom was extremely efficient and immediately helpful.The only thing that didn't run smoothly was the feedback questionaire - I never received the survey email, so no chance of the £1000 prize for me!

Brilliant service when went to try contact lenses. Made me feel confident by a very helpful lady when first enquired and was very pleased with they way they explained and showed how to use them except the first time a lady told me to put them directly onto my pupil , had problemswiththis and when i returned 2 weeks later a gentleman optician said much easier to put them on the white of the eye so i could see what i was doing, brilliant. . They did make me wait twice about half a hour even though i had an appointment but no bother. And the trial was FREE not like at Vision Express.
