We’ve been using Wags to Riches for a few years now. Our dog is really relaxed around Shannon and he comes back looking immaculate. It’s really easy to book with her and pay - it’s all online and fast so that helps.We try and make use of all her services at various times - bath and brush, mini groom and full groom. She takes her time and my dog is really calm during his grooms. I would highly recommend wags to riches.

So far we have had such a wonderful experience with Shannon!She has been extremely professional with my gsd and with him being a slightly reactive dog to the sound of the dryer etc; Shannon took the extra time to make sure he felt comfortable with the entire process. Shannon has always been so patient with him and althought he hates baths and blow dryers he still comes out of the salon looking flawless!Shannon has proven to be knowledgable, reliable and willing to work with you on any concerns or health issues your dog migh have. For example, Tiger has often ear infections and Shannon is working with us to keep his ears clean and in good shape.I highly recommend!
