WARNING!!DON'T ask michael mann for a quote!! He will try to SCAM you!!We asked him to provide a quote for a small roof repair. He didn't provide a quote he sent an estimate...Then afterwards, out of the blue, he sent a bill of £210 for his estimate.In order to charge a customer for an estimate, a tradesperson would need to state there is a charge prior to carrying out the estimate... and he did not!!Michael Mann's estimate was £1,800+VAT, because he tried to blag that it was a much bigger job than it actually was. He even told us one of the roof windows was leaking, which definitely wasn't leaking.We have since called another local roofer who was honest, and he told us there was just a bit of general maintenance needed to the roof, to reattach a few lifted tiles, replace a missing tile at the other side, and clear some moss, and he gave us a quote of £750+VAT.So Michael man had tried to overcharge us to the tune of £1,000.A report has been forwarded to Trading Standards, and Which will also be receiving a report.AVOID THIS RIP OFF MERCHANT!!

Fantastic job. Few years down the line now, and the roof still looking great and working perfectly!

We moved into our new home in January '14 and the first time it rained Niagra falls appeared inside the front bedroom window and Victoria fall in the rear bedroom window. Called Michael in the morning and the flat roofs were replaced within a day.Excellent and reasonable service.
