Looks great after make over. Not run well staff over worked never enough carers 1on each floor in the afternoons. 20 residents to 1carer. Residents are still being got up at 11/11.30 so they don't get breakfast not served after 10.30. Activity are basic as funds isn't there to have the people in. Put a new manager in again. Sad to say the GM has mad it worse staff very unhappy low moral and high staff turnover. Some of residents that have been there for years are unhappy. Great shame.

Amazing place to work for with brilliant staff who work really hard and and put in the time and support, and we all has a team have good team spirit and show are compassion. And thank you to both managers who have supported and cared about what we do and very humbled.

Looks great stunning surroundings but dont be fooled by the flash facade behind the scenes nasty general manager who twists the truth and tramples on her staff staff moral is always low and many team members dont last high turn over of staff unless of course your face fits and staff do brown nosing .Residents complain about various services but nothing changes feel sorry for the extortionate fees they pay they deserve better sunrise of Bassett needs a new manager fast
