Called to change the appointment, never heard from the receptionist they picked up the phone. Just leave a message and call back. Also sent an email to change the appointment but still no reply. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the dentist here.

Great treatment and lovely staff! However, appointments booked could be cancelled or not in the system at arrival. Waiting time in the reception is over 30 minutes. No one is picking up the phone.

The place is a joke. Cancel appointments when you are there, turn up and haven't put your appointment in, don't answer the phone, don't phone you back when you leave messages. Been coming here for 2 years for braces and they have broken quite a few times after a visit got told on one occasion to repair it myself with some wire cutters! Proper cowboys and would be out of business if they actually had to try and get customers.

My son was referred here by our normal dentist for his overbite. We were very happy to be offered an appointment within days of his referral. The clinic is immaculate and the staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions. My son had both X-rays and a scan which he was very grateful for as it saved him having a putty mould. His treatment started very quickly and he has experienced no discomfort from the braces. He loves the conversations he has with the staff who make him feel at ease and I feel confident knowing he is in safe hands. We would highly recommend.

Very good and clear instructions, good parking and staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Only negative was waiting time from referral to appointment as her teeth are very bad and need a lots of work, we waited over 11 months where I know other patients who’s teeth are not so bad and don’t need as much work were seen with in 2/3 months. There is an issue with the referral criteria somewhere…. But couldn’t fault the staff or the service.

Fantastic Orthodontist, kind & friendly from the beginning making my daughter feel comfortable. Treatment only took 9 months and we are over the moon with the results. Highly recommended!Photo is of her smile a week after her braces came off ready for prom :)

Having visited the clinic today, it was a lovely experience. The staff, particularly Helen have been consistently helpful and welcoming throughout.All information was clearly given and the environment felt friendly, clean and inviting. Hopefully my treatment will begin soon and I have no doubt it will continue to be a high level of service offered.

Be prepared for one lady there to give your child grief whilst sitting in the chair if there are any breakages!! After covid my son started getting breakages yet blamed him and absolutely laid into him whilst in the chair!! Absolutely disgusting to do that to a child!! She would make him and me very up set!! Especially when all he does is look after his braces!!! I would never recommend this place as it was hard to see someone else and when I put a complaint in they couldn’t understand why we was so upset!!

Nice friendly environment. All the staff were super nice and made me and my son very comfortable as he was a bit nervous about the whole process. All treatment be be given well explained. Very pleased with service.
