On arrival was greeted by 2 ladies in gate house with a sense of humour and definitely enjoyed there job and was very helpful, i was directed to a bay where i was met by the loading team who watched me onto bay .i was loaded and gone withing 30mins .h&s was second to none every one was polite and helpfull. Location was easy to find ,i didnt need or get to use any facilities as wasnt there long .overall if sent there again i wouldnt moan or groan tip top place to load ...thanks to all who work there for a pleasant visit keep up the hard work guys

Friendly and respectful staff. Visiting drivers allowed to use the canteen (which is in great condition) free coffee available (good quality again, as senior staff also use it).All in all a pleasant place to deliver to or collect from.

they are thief and lier will never trust some company like this company there is no honest and no true they are always lier be careful with your order

The Price is high for the first look but the second look....wow...what a Quality. They smell like the original flavours. I love them and bye only this candles.

Manners cost nothing.Made a call Friday and disgracefully spoken to so left the conversation without a proper answer to my questionMade a call monday was on hold for 30+minutes and gave up and sent an email with no reply as of yet.Rang again today (thursday) 1st thing did think best time to call and on hold again 30+ minutes just gave up as nobody can be on a call for 30 minutes at a time.This is terrible customer relationsYankee has been for many years a brand I was in love with spent crazy money over the years purchased only yankee products not only for myself but also my friends family and co workers birthday christmas weddings ect but have noticed a decline in they products also.Think now this has made me look for a new brand to enjoy

Just called this company to inform them one of there products candle holders totally melted and caused damage to my house but was very worried this could have caused a home fire ! Was told no one available to deal with this till 06/01/2020 could not believe such a serious matter was not delt with . How can a company not want to deal with this unbelievable.P.s my job is a fire Risk Assessment Manager do maybe I know a little about fire hazards

It's a good quick tip here. A smashing sit down Canteen (only machine food). Coffee machine on free vend.
