I had to have my wedding ring resized from a U to a Z VERY pleased with the price and the workmanship. We are going back in a few months to get my wife's done (they advised as my wife's had to be cut off) to let her finger heal before resizing. Would definitely recommend!!!

My mum had left some jewellery that I had no purpose for as none of the rings fitted my fingers or were damaged.I got a few quotes from around the city. I found these guys to be the best value and friendly too.Not only did they buy my unwanted gold and silver. But offered to repair and size a few pieces which I wanted to keep.Nobody suggested having the rings resized or repaired until I got to Jack's .I can't believe my mum's rings look like new again.I will be back.I definitely would recommend these guys.

I’d had a ring cut off and repaired several years ago in Northampton, but it has recently broken apart. I tried to get it repaired locally, but without success. I sent it to Jacks Jewellers who have managed to repair the ring beautifully, It can’t have been easy as the ring is in a chevron of three bands of gold, white gold and rose gold. I thought I’d never be able to wear it again, but it looks like a new ring!

My wedding band snapped at the seam and I went to get quotes from a few jewellers and he was the best at £25 , it took a few days but for that price it's fab , I went to collect it today and I couldn't even see the seam the price for the high quality craftsmanship is superb I would recommend every one to try his shop before going else where , I bet you wouldn't go else where. 100% happy

I went in to purchase a bracelet with diamonds, was looking for something very unique. Got chatting with Will's, all I can say is WOW, fantastic service, very knowledgeable. I live roughly 5 hours from the shop and placed an order for a ring that will be couriered to me. Nothing is too much for the shop to handle, they far beyond customer service. A huge thank you

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOOK UP THE DAY’SGOLD PRICE AND CALL AHEAD TO CONFIRM BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME.Called ahead to ask if they take scrap gold for gram price to which they said yes . Didn’t think to ask of double check gold prices as the usual establishment we go to in London has a live display and proper documentation.Went to sell the gold was told by the lady that gold price / gram for 18k was 25.42.Usually when you sell scrap they give you a receipt showing weight in gram ( gold) weight in gram ( stones) and weight in total. It also shows £/g of gold and then the total .Whilst gold prices of the day are even retrospectively visible , I do not understand how they get away with this!The lady wasn’t making eye contact and I thought that the gold price may have just dropped. Checked online when I walked out of the door and saw that 18 k gold price today ( 19.07.23 as of 16.00 ) was 38.42 . Called the usual jeweller in London who confirmed the same .When I came back in the shop the shop keeper was extremely rude and offensive !I would understand why people might want to do it as it’s the only place I found in Norwich if you have an urgency for money. But given the attitude of the staff and the blatant change is costs compared to the gold prices . I would stay far away.The gentleman in between let it slipThat it was a ‘deal’. Reminded him that that was not what I was told and that I was told I would get the price for the gram weight(which was 3.2g).Pulled a random website where price was shows as 27.7 ( still low than what the lady claimed) which I couldn’t find reflected in anything else .Thought I would leave it out here so people remember to cross check gold prices of the day and confirm with the shop by phone before you turn up to their shop and be exploited!The reviews so far sad nice and polite .. not sure what happened there as I was only going back to enquire regard the discrepancy and was very polite . I am brown though so not sure if that played a part in the response!

I used their services and bought goods over the years however staff have changed along with any attempt at service or goodwill. Disappointing
