I bought a gate remote for £35 from this branch. They didn’t even program it & charge this insane price. When I asked them to return it, they (both branch & head office) refused to return and I couldn’t exercise my 14days consumer rights to return the unused product. That same remote is available for £12-13 online at many websites.I recommend everyone to buy gate remotes half the price from online websites and get duplicates keys from local shops half the price like 3£.Timsons are unprofessional and ready to rip off customers.Highly unrecommended.

Absolutely rubbish customer service! I came in 17:44 2nd Oct and the guy behind had absolutely zero manners! I can understand u wana go home soon but there was still 16mins left before closingWon't be coming to this place again

Overpriced and didn’t know how to fix my watch. 5mins of work…then 5mins later my watch fell apart again (one link in the strap replaced)They cut keys well…but again overpriced. Just go to the cheap £1 stores. They do the same job for cheaper

Chris was faultless, fixed a sentimental watch for me that other specialists couldn't in approx 20mins! Also was a very reasonable price and a nice person to deal with.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Disgusting service, terrible staff!!! I don’t recommend it to anyone, they want to sell you their keys at a very high price and they don’t even hide it! I came with my new key, but the guy with an impudent look said that he would not even touch my new key, I asked him why and only the third time he told me that they can cut it but only if I buy their key!!! very strange customer service policy!!! I'm more than sure that they order keys from China, just like I did. I am programming key chips, now I and all my clients will avoid this place!!!

I haven't even been here but looking at all the reviews about racism, lack of business skills and how rude the people working here are in general, I defo don't think I'll making that first trip. I'd be happy to spend a bit extra on a longer journey somewhere else that'll get the job done with some friendlier skills.

Terrible customer service. The woman wouldn't take my dry cleaning order because she wants to go on lunch. Seriously? For sake of 2 minutes.Pathetic service and terrible attitude. Very rude and obnoxious behaviour by the woman behind the counter.

I paid £50 witch is my choice, for my key car to chance...1: it was not original, I said fine" ..2: it took 3 times trial and error to get it right......3: lifted untied not fitted properly as shown in pic .......really discusting for £50 never again"
