Post Office Ltd

I have read the negative reviews of this post office with utter disbelief. I have NEVER been spoken to rudely, NEVER been ignored and NEVER been confronted with a surly attitude. Yes, there is often a longish queue but I have never seen the staff chit-chatting instead of serving customers. I was brought up to treat others as I would like them to treat me, and I have always found it a pleasure to do business with this post office.

We visited this post office today to return 2 office chair mats to Amazon. There was difficulty since today is Sunday and the main office is not open. At first we were requested to come back tomorrow when the main office is open. But I told it's difficult since tomorrow is working day for me and we don't have a car, so it will cost about £24 for cabs to return and come back with the big mats. The lady there, named Vishali, listened to my points carefully and she agreed to keep our mats there. She also suggested to pack both mats together to minimise the packing cost and we did that.Overall, our experience with this post office is very good and special thanks to Vishali for her helps.

It s unbelivable , how come in 2023 you may stay 1 hour on the line to post a letter. The time is 14:30 and is working just 1 line out of 2. disappointment again and again.

Unbelievable! First time ordered a parcel for collection to this post office, never again will do this mistake! Yesterday received an email from Royal Mail the parcel is ready to collect, when I went today they couldn’t find my parcel, saying it’s not even in their system. When I tracked my parcel it says Collected, How??? If it was collected they should provide the collection form with the person’s signature who collected it! I’ll contact Royal Mail to raise an investigation

Absolutely shambles, I've qued for a long time while only one staff member was serving while another member was completing tasks behind the counter, not very customer focused, a different time I was served by an older gentleman who didn't even speak! They hey lie about what time they close, the small counter tried to say they was shut before advertised time, but when questioned they took did it.

Amazing service by the staff at this branch. They always look at the best options for the cost of posting. Great service with a smile. I must use this post office 3 or 4 times a week and both Kay and Sophie are brilliant.

I was there at 21:15 to collect the item from amazon but the staff di not served me as she said is to late ,the reason I have selected the delivery at this Postoffice was so I can collect late after work but I was wrong.Very very rude staffI recommend not to use this Post Office

jubilee Crescent post office avoid this please They're so miserable and unfriendly in there, and it's like they hate their job, but they take their misery out on you. Horrific experience and terrible, unprofessional service.Always I go there do banking the lady refusing to accept cash because she don’t like to come andI have made a complaint on Post Office as well they will write me back I’m waiting for the reply.

The post office times for the weekend are fake...wanted to send a parcel and they've told me I have to come on monday because they send only letters trough weekend...why advertising post office closes at 22:00 when you don't offer full services...

I was served quickly by a knolegable member of the staff as always.
