The staff and service at SOC were great and my daughter's teeth look amazing after only a year - the before and after pictures were a revelation. Not always easy to get an appointment that suited us without taking her out of school in an important year but the treatment was so straightforward that it wasn't really a problem. Always helpful if there were any questions, too. Would recommend.

I completed my brace treatment 2 months ago, and have been in retainers since. The support from the practice throughout the years has been superb. The staff are all highly professional yet, very friendly. My teeth have come a long way throughout this journey, and would wish anyone considering braces to go through the same experiences as me.

I was fairly happy with the service received and the results on the day that my braces getting removed...but despite following every instruction the orthodontist gave me during and after having them on, my tooth still started moving back (the one I am most self conscious about). I felt very upset that I had spent £3000 and a lot of time, effort and endured pain just for the treatment to not make the difference I had been promised. I then went back to the surgery distressed, hoping for some sort of resolution but to be honest, my surgeon didn't seem even slightly phased. I asked if I could have the bottom set of braces put back on and he just laughed at me and said I would have to pay again! The receptionist Rachel was very helpful towards me and the nurse was always kind and helpful but I feel like I have now wasted £3000!!!

Having recently finished my three-year treatment here, I can't recommend Sutton Orthodontic Centre enough. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and whenever I need help or advice, booking an urgent appointment was straightforward. If there are any younger children or parents/guardians reading this and they're unsure on whether they want to go through the hassle of having a long-term brace fitted, my advice would be to just do it. It's really not as bad as it sounds. But, if you have any questions or concerns as I did before I had mine fitted, just speak to one of the members of staff and they will undoubtedly put your mind at ease.

Fantastic Orthodontic centre. The results really do speak for themselves. When I brought my daughter for her first treatment everything was thoroughly explained to us and we felt we knew exactly what to expect. Within less than a year, the results are actually better than we hoped for. My daughters teeth look fantastic and she is so pleased. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful and it never feels as if they are trying to rush you, they always take the time to talk to you and make you feel very well cared for. I would highly recommend this Orthodontic practice above all others. 5 stars from us.

Great care and advice given when advising on a brace for my daughter. The fitting and check up process was excellent as were the results. In only a few months we saw a big change and her teeth straighten up. If the bottom ones need doing we will definitely be back.

Another very overdue review! I had treatment throughout last year - I wasn't sure about getting it done for a long time (due to expense and age), but in all honesty I couldn't be happier with the result. Dr. Dhopatkar went through all the treatment options with me (prior to diving in), and helped me decide what the right course of action was for my needs, budget and obviously my lovely crooked teeth! The staff here were all wonderful; so friendly, welcoming and eager to help me even after they had had a very long day themselves. I had no idea how much of a difference it was going to make to me - especially in regards to my confidence but it has been huge. I can only thank you for all your help and say I would happily recommend this practice to anyone.

Cannot fault the treatment I received, lovely friendly staff, worked wonders for my teeth! Will be forever grateful to the staff here for completely changing my smile for the better. I'm no longer self conscious about my teeth, thanks to you all! Even a couple of years after having my braces removed, they are still just as willing to help with any issues.
