We recently received extremely bad customer service from the manager and staff at this store. Manager has no interest in customers nor do the staff. No one actually has a clue what is going on with any orders you place. We waited 3 weeks for our order after spending over £1000. We like the brand but this store is obviously run and set an example by a manager that clearly has no idea of how to deliver good customer service with proper communication. I would not recommend this store.

I went into buy a Christmas product. It was not perfect and asked for a further discount. I was told that all the products are seconds. When l questioned this l was told its an outlet all products are seconds. If this is the case then they should be marked as seconds. Next door in Denby both perfect and second items are sold and they are labelled accordingly. As a long term customer of Villeroy and Boch I was dismayed to discover that I have purchased items which l gave believed to be perfect but are in fact seconds. This is clearly wrong and l imagine against the law. I intend to take the matter further

This is the second time this year that the staff in this store have been less that helpful. Last week we had one woman who knew nothing and was bouncing off the walls and the other was too interested in doing her paperwork to be bothered with customers and sighed when interupted to take our money, the first one having just dissapeared mid-sale. Not an experience I wish to repeat. The store was well stocked, neat and tidy, but shelf edge pricing a bit erratic.
