Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and after paying £45 for mattress recycle, I was left to unpack the new mattress and position it on my bed. I am disabled and have spinal issues which made this difficult for me even though I was told on purchase the delivery team would do this for me. When questioned I was ignored and just told how to do it.

Our customer advisor Sarah, was both friendly and knowledgeable of all the products. She took time to listen to what we we looking for, and then directed us to beds that would be best suited and let us both try them out, before we finally decided on the one for us. We weren’t rushed or pressured into buying which we appreciated .

I bought a mattress from here recently, for a very reasonable price, very friendly staff not to pushy like some sales people can be. Its the best mattress I've ever had and for the quality I expected to pay more. My family have shopped here for years never had a bad product and always quality goods.I would recommend them to anyone.
