The toilets in this store were shocking, two of the stalls were missing doors and the other toilets were disgusting, filthy and dirty, unbelievable that a store of this ilk could neglect their services so badly!!!

Called to the clinique department for advice on makeup. The lady Evelyn (hope that's spelt properly) was absolutely amazing. So helpful with her advice. Taking her time to explain treatments and was so kind. First time I have never felt that I had to rush my decision on what to buy. Looking forward to my next visit to purchase my foundations

A well laid out store. Very little staff presence on floor and had to walk around to find assistance. I was unable to purchase item required due to limited sizes.

Much preferred the Debenhams store, find frasers very expensive and beauty department rarely seems to have any workers on hand can't see the store lasting long in derry only parts that seem to get any custom are sports direct & game.

Ow please bring back debenhams much better store great choice and affordable prices my go to shop for dresses if I was going to a wedding not impressed with Frasers please bring back debenhams

Vastly superior to the old Debenhams. Proper brands on sale like Barbour/Moschino/Paul Smith, so much better than what is available in almost every other shop in Derry. Great prices eg Paul Smith sweater reduced from 100 to 80. Nice surprise visiting here for the first time at Christmas, probably one of only 2 good shops in the area (Kular is decent too)

This shop is such a downgrade from the Debenhams previously. Prices are extremely high and I can assure you that these products are not worth it. Go literally anywhere else as you'll find a cheaper and just as good alternative. Staff, on the other hand are also not very helpful in general and I felt very unwelcome in the store.

Dishonest practices in store.Sold us shoes which were the wrong size inside the box, returned same day unworn and have been refused a refund, only a credit note.Pretty poor show as it's entirely their fault.
