How lucky i am to came across the store accidentally. Scents are great and unique and the guy at the store was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful store. The service was great and it was a pleasure to see their products in person. I picked up a bar of their Ink soap and I can’t wait to use it - and come back to try more of their goods.

Absolutely love this store from the product to the interior and the staff.Situated on the gorgeous Chiltern street, Perfumer H has become a staple in my home as they make the most amazing perfume fragrances and home scents in the way of candies, room sprays and incense sticks.Honestly Perfumer H has something for everyone and I love the fact it’s still a small British independent brand and it feels like a hidden little piece of perfume paradise.I’m so looking forward to seeing what I add next to my collection.

Terrible experience here today (Sunday 12th November). Having made a special trip for a new candle and a few other items we arrived to find the shop closed with a sign on the door saying back in 5 minutes.We walked around the block twice but the shop didn't reopen for at least 15 minutes. We shouldn't have waited.On entering the store, the assistant was seated at the far end on a laptop, we said hello and got a shot hello back, that was the limit of the interaction. Despite us looking at lots of products there was no interest from the member of staff in helping us, in fact she looked so bored and miserable we felt that we didn't want to buy anything from her anyway and walked out and want elsewhere to buy a candle.Such a pity this brand has staff that clearly don't want to work there as the service we've had at the Crawford Street store has always been excellent (a shame it doesn't open on a Sunday).Whilst this won't stop me shopping at the Crawford Street store again, I won't waste my time in the Chiltern Street store again and unfortunately this time I've gone elsewhere to buy what I wanted.

Really special shop with really lovely assistant. The products are so beautiful and the ambience is unique.

Just bought today, my first from Perfumer H absolutely loving it, bye bye Le Labo, Byredo, Atelier Cologne etc :))

So happy I found this place by coincidence while in the area for a meeting.Beautiful interior filled with walls filled with the most amazing fragrances, candles in hand blown jars and incense sticks.Was a pleasure meeting the manager Oliver, thank you for the intro and advice on suitable options.Love my new amber candle and incense sticks and I’ll be sure to be back soon to add to my collection.
