Nice staff, fair prices.

Had everything I needed and some freebies because of vouchers.

Went in with my three staffies to be fitted with harnesses , the young lady was very helpful and patient, made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble, was very happy with the service, staff very polite.

The best roast lamb ever. Very nice pub, good service and well priced great food. Not much choice for dessert, but you won't be hungry for one after your main.

Served by Josh one day this week and Elle on another day. Both members of staff were extremely helpful and a credit to the store and your company. Many thanks for such a high level of service.

It was wonderful. I took my dog to the Groom Room there and they did an amazing job. Very happy

First time I went to the Market Harborough branch, I usually go to the one in Leicester in St George’s retail park. Thought I’d go to the Market Harborough branch as it’s closer to me but wish I never did. Most of the staff at this branch were unfriendly and not helpful at all. I felt very unwelcome. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m Asian or are they like this with all their customers. I will definitely not be visiting this branch again! However the branch in Leicester are so welcoming and have always been very helpful. I just wish all your branches were just as welcoming and helpful. Very disappointing service by the Market Harborough branch which has left me feeling very upset.

Always a lovely place to nip in for pet bits, plus our puppy likes looking at the fish every now and then.
