No problem with delivery of skip and a really nice guy. Collection was booked for Friday, didn't come, rearranged for Saturday, didn't come, Monday didn't come so rang and spoke to someone in office who said it would be collected today (Tuesday) but guess what - they didn't come! Understand about being busy but lack of communication is poor.

Appalling customer services. I’ve been chasing them for weeks to pick up the skip still sat on my drive. They’ve made zero attempts to keep me updated at any point. I understand they’ve had problems at their yard. I don’t know details; they’ve never bothered to tell me. Utterly abject. Promises of calls have never borne fruit. I’ve been told I was top of the list to have it shifted. Then told they don’t have any drivers. Then told the manager has gone on holiday so they don’t know what’s happening. Top work team. Your parents must be very proud.

Fantastic service, skip delivered within 1 hour of ordering and collected on time when we had finished with it. Very competitive pricing, friendly staff and a company doing what they say the will, when they say they will. Highly recommended.
