I was with Bruce Rae for 3 years and they were (and remain) the best letting agents that I've used. They got everything repaired really quickly and offered replacements when required. Our deposit was returned really quickly when we moved out. Mandy and the rest of the team were really friendly and I'd definitely recommend them as a letting agent. I wish I was still with them!

BruceRae has managed my Edinburgh flat for ten years while I have been living elsewhere. Over that time, Elspeth and her team have provided an excellent service, drawing on local knowledge, contacts and a wealth of experience. I have always received good advice on the state of the market, both for rentals and sales and prompt help with queries and issues. BruceRae is easily the best lettings agency I have dealt with in Edinburgh or London and I cannot recommend them more highly

We rented through BruceRae for 5 years and, like so many other reviews here, I simply can't recommend them highly enough! Communication and the resolution of any problems/queries was excellent throughout our stay and our deposit was returned promptly when we left. We rented with Bruce Rae for about nine months during 2020. They were always extremely easy to work with, and never quibbled over minor repairs. Communication with them was always quick and easy. When we moved out, we got our deposit back (minus a perfectly fair deal deduction for damage which we absolutely were liable for. Absolutely the best landlords I have had.

I was lucky enough to rent a lovely flat at the Shore through Bruce Rae for two years. You hear so many horror stories about letting agents but I cannot say a bad word about Bruce Rae. Right from the initial Zoom viewing with Elspeth during Covid, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are extremely responsive and any issues I had during the tenancy were dealt with swiftly and professionally. All of the staff are just lovely and a special thank you to Laura and Justine!

I have been a tennant with a Bruce Rae managed flat for almost 15 years and cannot praise the outstanding service and the friendly team enough. Any issues were addressed immediately and the communication regarding any area was excellent. One of many examples comes to mind: when I phoned the agency on my way to the airport thinking that I forgot to switch off the hair straightener. In no time did someone go to flat and check and phoned me back before I was on the plane! :-)

By far, the best experience I've had renting in Edinburgh. For over 5 years I was a tenant in a flat managed by BruceRae. All their team was really helpful and responded to any doubt or issue I had in a quick and effective way. Kind and understanding, I felt they really cared of my circumstances every moment and try to help as much as they could. Check in/out were also perfect, smooth and clear.I recommend them to any tenant or landlord looking for an outstanding and friendly service.

BruceRae have provided an amazing service, and I can not recommend them highly enough as letting agents. The staff are professional and friendly, any issues are resolved very promptly, and most importantly the flat has been exceptionally homely and beyond my expectations for a rental property.

Although our experience with BruceRae agency was just a year long, my partner and I found it extremely pleasant.We rented a flat with them in Stockbridge back in May 2014 and I must say that from day one of our tenancy to the day of the last inspection we were looked after like no other agency we had before.The professionalism, second-to-none efficiency and friendliness of the staff we dealt with on a regular basis for our enquiries (hello Mandy, hello Laura :-)) was an eye opener for us as we had never felt treated this way in our previous experiences.Due to some unexpected circumstances though we had to leave BruceRae but it is needless to say that in no time we would go back for a new tenancy with their fantastic team.Thank you so much… indeed A FIVE STAR SERVICE!Davide B.
