I met Karl at his Friday clinic at Heatwave in Worcester. After not gaining the desired results from having (many) anti wrinkle treatments before, Karl spent the time giving a superb, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate consultation and really listened to my wants and needs and gave some real, realistic potential results and explained the risks. On the day of my treatment Karl was incredible and I can not fault him at all, extremely professional practice. The result I saw following anti wrinkle treatment have left me astonished, giving me better results than I’ve ever seen before. I was so impressed with the results (and Karl himself) that I have now had further treatments and have future bookings with him.

Have been a member here for around 13/14 years now and it's for a good reason. It's a great gym in terms of equipment, atmosphere and membership.During my time here, I've played football, American football and baseball, so I've needed to train specifically and hard, and it has all the equipment and space needed.Additionally, the staff are friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for really?

A superb independent gym with a real family-like atmosphere.Spacious, great equipment, welcoming and helpful staff, polite and friendly members, good opening hours, plenty of free parking, always clean and tidy - weights always put away with absolutely NONE left out on the floor or on machines which is amazing and rare in most other gyms I’ve been to…The owner Karl is a top guy - extremely experienced and knowledgeable and he remembers and greets you by name and doesn’t just treat you as a number. He’s on hand to support you if you need guidance in your training and nutrition but isn’t pushy or salesman like if you just want to come in and do your own thing.Having joined KFit only a few weeks ago my only annoyance is that I didn’t join sooner. It absolutely knocks all the commercial/chain gyms out of the park.

I’ve been a member at Karl’s gym for almost 24 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!It’s the perfect combination of quality equipment, and a friendly atmosphere. Nothing’s too much effort for Karl or Kez, they’ll always offer advice and give you training tips. Both are experts in their fields!!!It’s a hidden diamond of a gym! After contacting Karl about anti wrinkle treatment, I quickly realised that he had a wealth or knowledge and experience and after an initial consultation I didn't hesitate in booking in to have my treatment.
