This store could be amazing with a few tweaks....The cafe is good but the acoustics are horrendous. You have to speak very loud to be heard. Maybe some music or seal off the cafe fully?The product choice is vast and there seems to be a price/quality choice for every budget.However, is there a prerequisite that every staff member must not smile, must not try to encourage a return visit or must not acknowledge your existence? The staff need a lift as they all look so unhappy and I find them quite aloof which is a shame.

I'm torn on how to review this store. Prices are cheap and the goods are presented in a pile it high fashion with little space to move freely between these piles. I doubt whether it would be friendly for wheelchair users or those with other mobility issues. This is a two storey store with an escalator up and down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

A lovely big store, nicely laid out. The store is great to buy all your household items. The prices are average and there are lots of nice items to buy. It's a great place to shop and it's worth looking at the sale items which you can find around the store. There is a nice free carpark with plenty of space. The store is well laid out and is kept clean and tidy.

I am age nearly 90yrs and my experience of customer service was that the assistant ,although giving me the information I required, her manner could be with some improvement and it felt like she was having to make an effort with providing information we required.Maybe she could do with some more training on how to relate with customers. They would probably want to return if they required anything.This was the curtain department.
