Excellent service! Highly recommended. Friendly and highly efficient service for a not straight forward problem. Tyrone is extremely professional, Super friendly and very knowledgeable. He did an amazing job for my outdoor drain issues and Jessica was extremely helpful and supportive. 10/10 service.

Jessica and Charlie were fantastic! Jessica got someone out to us as soon as possible and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Charlie was great and incredibly patient with the little one asking him thousands of questions, gave us options and quotes and sorted our problem perfectly. 100/10, definitely recommend.

Charlie came out and cleared a problem which had lasted 5 days. We had 3 different people look at the problem before Charlie came and there was no resolution. However, Charlie helped us and sorted the problem out! We really appreciate his effort as we now have clean running water!

In this day and age it's rare to find a company that puts genuine service above a quick profit. Drain Doctor in Coventry are such a company and deserve support. From the first telephone call, they were helpful, responsive and professional. We initially thought we would be okay with a next day call but when things became urgent, they were with us within 45 minutes of me calling them. No call-out fee required in advance, just good old-fashioned good service. I can't recommend this company high enough
