Great coffee,expensive,but you get great coffee and service with a smile.All cakes are pre- packed and bought in. Would benefit from offering local handmade cakes instead.

Friendly staff, but the visit could be improved as table had empty cups from previous customer which hadn't been cleared before I left.

It's a Costa Coffee, you know what to expect. Clean and modern, conveniently next to the checkouts. Staff are professional and efficient, usually a few on at busy times. Costa in general loses a star as I find all their coffees are way too milky, American bucket o' dilute stuff style.

Efficient, friendly service. The member of staff today was exemplary.Flat white with almond milk goes down a treat on a cold morning and made the walk to work that bit easier. Thank you.

The worst Costa I’ve ever been in. Two young ladies behind the counter standing chatting, didn’t listen to what we ordered so got it wrong. Only four people in the restaurant but there’s not a clean table available, disgusting place.

Today I was taken my son to the Churchills hospital (Oxford) to have a treatment. Pop into Tesco and sit down Costa have a cold drink there. Waiting to pick up my son after treatment. The weather very hot and I don't feel like to walk anywhere else. Spend few hours sit there without kick me out. Thank you for your service and patience and I am very appreciated.
