The drain running from our back garden to front under our terraced house became blocked and we initially used another firm to rod and blast it out. However, after being proposed to dig a 2m hole in our front garden we got a second opinion from Draincare Direct. With their camera inspection a much better, cheaper solution was identified. They sleeved our entire drain from the garden manhole and did a clean and tidy job which (fingers crossed) will avoid a repeat of the problem in the future. Very happy to recommend Jack and team.P.S. have had them back for periodic maintenance jest washing since and always clean and tidy

Very impressed with Draincare Direct from initial contact, through scheduling to completion of the job. Jack and his colleague Dave were a pleasure to have at our home and made sure we understood what was going to be done and then showing that it had been completed successfully.They arrived in a van full of all the equipment they would need. Unlike the experience of one of my neighbours who used a nationally recognised company. They would turn up and not have the equipment they needed thus requiring another chargeable call out.They will be my first call if I need drainage services again and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The two people who came to do the drains were knowledgeable, professional and were able to give us advice on other soil pipe issues we had questions about. It's only been two days since we had the drains replaced and flushed but we were happy with the service.

We had a brilliant experience - after several plumbers were unable to help with our problem, Draincare Direct were able to quickly identify and fix it, and provide guidance for the future. They were also very good value, polite and very good at updating us on arrival times. I would massively recommend them!
