Caroline expertly guided us through the purchase of our new-build home. We had lived in our previous property for over 20 years so it was a somewhat tortuous and emotional process. Caroline was brilliant! She was calm, courteous, and considerate the whole way. She answered our (well, my husband’s) myriad queries promptly and with great patience. If she wasn’t able to answer the questions herself, she liaised with the developers on our behalf and responded in a timely manner. Above all, she remained resolute and cheerful, even in our darkest moments! I highly recommend her. She delivered a very professional service and we probably wouldn’t have done it without her.
