Hi i just want to say thank you to Artic glass i contacted Yusuf and Abdul today regarding a bedroom window as it wasn’t-closing properly and i have a new born baby bearing in mind it was 8.30pm on a Saturday night. They both rang me back within minutes. Abdul turned up in 10 minutes and fixed my window no questions asked. I cant begin to think what would have happened if they never came as it’s raining. Thank you so much for the best customer service possible i couldn't have asked for better service. Best people around to get your windows from i recommend them from start to finish the service is 5 star even the after care. Thank you once again Artic Windows.

I recently had double glazing, a patio door and new front door fitted.The service was excellent throughout.The installers worked so hard.I've had many positive comments from my neighbours. I would recommendArctic Windows.

Fitted a patio window (slider) for me and an excellent job done. It was fitted in a little over 90 minutes and all the rubbish and the old slider was removed and the site was left as if nothing had happened. I was well impressed. Ordering to fitting was all done within 10 days. An excellent service all round. Will definitely be using again and would wholeheartedly recommend.,

We popped into this business premises to ask for directions to the place where our car had broken down last week and rather than tell us where to go, they drove us to our car on the opposite side of town! Admittedly we haven't bought a conservatory but it is worth mentioning the amazing kindness shown to us. Thank you again :)

We've just had a front door fitted by Arctic, and we've found them to be friendly, helpful, transparent, and very efficient, from the first visit to their office, right through to fitting. The two guys who fitted the door did a really good job. Overall, an excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Had a bow window fitted, absolutely love it was a really good job. The pattern and colour of the original window was matched so it looks the same as the rest of the house. Would highly recommend and would use again.

I’ve just had new windows and a door fitted by Arctic Windows Limited (Buckley). They have been amazing from start to finish. The service has been second to none and the finished windows and doors are amazing. Excellent value for money! Worth the wait if you want an amazing service and quality windows and doors.
