Havwoods Flooring - Carnforth

We used HavWoods to order herringbone flooring for our house as well as wood cladding for our stairs. We encountered a small issue of our own making regarding the stair cladding but despite the product being bespoke HavWoods was very flexible and good to deal with. The remaining wood isn’t installed yet but i am confident it will be of very high quality.

On my visit to the showroom I was greeted by warm and friendly member of the team who couldn’t have been more helpful. Jill knew immediately just what I was looking for and made the decision making process very very easy. I would definitely recommend Havwoods. The customer service that I received was extremely high and I couldn’t fault it.

Excellent product and even better service. As a developer, we often have to adjust specs and layouts to make budgets work. Janet never hesitates to update a quote or offer a well considered solution. We could not be happier with Havwoods as our flooring supplier.

Could not be happier with my new Havwoods Floor (HW3005, 4-side bevelled edge). Excellent quality product, great Sales and Technical Teams, plus Havwoods scotia used to bridge the threshold between floor and my cupboards (painted myself). Highly recommend Havwoods!! Excuse my poor photography.

Simply put, the very best customer service I've experienced for many years!My domestic project required a parquet infill of less than one sq.m. A small job costing less than £50 for the prime wood material I needed.From my first contact, via website chat, subsequent telephone conversations (with a real person answering the phone!) the process was friendly, professional and extremely efficient.The turnaround time for a sample was next day as was the delivery of my order. Impressed. Great range of products, and our multiple sample requests were dealt with quickly. Very happy with the finished floor. All the staff we dealt with were helpful, but I would particularly like to thank Arnie Simpson who had excellent product knowledge and was responsive without being pushy. I will definitely consider Havwoods for future flooring needs.
