Jack C was brilliant. When purchasing my new 1 series he was informative, wasn’t pushy and I really felt like he cared about making sure the car was what I wanted. Throughout the entire process he kept me updated on progress and made the ‘new car day’ a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend going to see Jack if you’re thinking of purchasing a BMW. I will definitely be going back to him when I’m ready to change my car.

Recently bought an X3 from Lookers approved through John Hulse. The whole experience was stress free and there was never any pressure to take added services. I was self funding however John went through all options to ensure I understood everything available to me. I was offered a good price for the PX and all agreed work was carried out before collection

Recently Purchased an M car, Andy provided superb customer service from start to finish including after sale care. Even came in on his day off for the collection! Very informative, friendly and not pushy. Answered all my questions. Vehicle was prepped to a very high standard, alloys even refurbed and badges refreshed to make it that ever so more special. Highly recommend! Will be a returning customer!

Took ownership of a new BMW X3e30 --From my walking into the showroom with the wife to receiving the car the service has been wonderful. I had originally ordered a Volvo in Stoke and they just let me down very badly, The promised a delivery date and then added over 6 months waiting.I know the industry has issues but don't make promises you can't keep.Jack Bourn at BMW said he could achieve the October deadline and sure enough he and the BMW team did just that.Very impressed with the service and overall attitude of the Team at Lookers.Only very minor proble is they should get fresh milk for the coffee :)Have a great Christmas BMW Lookers Stoke.Happy to give you a big thumbs up.

lots of issues with the car which wasnt lookers fault (just bad luck with a poorly built example) and it could have been handled better. When i raised a formal complaint, Toby the sales manager was very good and responsive. Although it was a shame it took a formal complaint to get the response and attention deserved. Long story short the car has been returned, a refund issued and we have parted ways as amicably as possible.

After months of waiting, I finally got my hands on my new X3 MSport and really happy with it, thanks to Shannon Amos. Sometimes issues arise and on this occasion it was something completely outside of the dealers control but Shannon and the team looked after me all the way through keeping me up to date with progress even lending me a courtesy car until it arrived. 5*customer service!
