Absolute joke prices wrong in front of items offers have finished but still showing on offer on shelf. Till staff have no ability as if there not trusted and have to call on management to do a reduction or rectify a mistake. I wouldn't work there for £100 an hour never mind minimum wage.

Can be difficult to get in during busy traffic hours and watch the pot hole wear you come out from carpark and join on to the slip road to the train station.The shop is good and well stocked although the shelf holding the rugs need to be improved as was falling apart meaning you take one rug and they all fall on to the floor.This is a great shop with some amazing bargains I'm really disappointed that I can never find the letter K on anything other than cushions wich is a shame.The member of staff on checkout seemed friendly and helpful.

Miserable and rude staff, not just to customers but also to other staff. Person on tills called a manager as I queried a price as it said discounted on the shelf. The manager didn’t even speak to the person on tills, very rude. Shelves were all mixed up apparently so the discount wasn’t on the item I wanted, I was rudely told it doesn’t even say it’s that item. I’m sorry but if the price is under the item on the shelf then you expect thats the price. I was still going to get it but didn’t expect to be spoken to like that. To simply say ‘really sorry it seems things have been moved around and it’s actually a different item that’s on sale’ would have gone a long way.

Absolutely fantastic place to go. Can become crowded at times. Basically has everything you need or want. Staff are friendly and polite. Shop is smart, tidy and clean. Parking is available. They do tinned foods to duvets to gardening. Normally have a few seasonal aisles to have a good nosey around.

Good store as b&m normally is all that's letting this one down is the staff! They need to have some training on customer service skills. They can be happy with their colleges but straight faced with the customers, definitely not a fan of this stores staff. Glad I got my BBQs though.

I don't know what has happened to the garden centre part; hardly any plants and the ones there looked in poor condition.
