I had a really good experience with Sam at Alderson Garratt as he was able to book in a Level 2 survey in without much of a wait time after I asked for an initial quote. The report was produced in good time after the survey and I additionally got a call to discuss the main issues straight after the survey was completed. Sam made himself available anytime afterwards to answer any queries and questions I had about the report. Great service from this company - I would highly recommend!

Lee and Sam are great guys very knowledgeable and happy to explain things in real terms with issues on a property to help put things into perspective, also as they are quantity surveyors dealing with big build projects their experience really shows so your in good hands.I work as an estate agent and when the surveyor i used to recommend to people retired i started to recommend this firm, have to say it was refreshing with their approach and the advice they gave buyers explaining faults which helped save a lot of time from an understanding point of view makes for a smoother process when re-negotiating a sale

I used Lee at Alderson Garratt to do a survey on a property I'm buying in Hove. He was great, very quick at getting back to me on his availability, survey came back and it was extremely clear. He was punctual, polite and clearly did a thorough job. When the report came through, Lee offered to talk me through it to ensure it all made sense (as I'm a first time buyer).I would highly recommend Alderson Garratt and would use them in the future myself.
