Wow. Went in to the shop to get bike repaird came back the next day. They fixed it and said it was free. I know they hadn't added or changed anything but they spent time on it. Very grateful of this.I also was looking for a place to do work experience and I was told to go into the E-Bike shop to fine Mike (Manager) and another employee spoke to me said he would fine him for me. He greeted me and was so kind. I in the end was told to email him with a CV. I have now done that and am waiting for a response. Which I am looking forward to. I recently bought a brompton electric online and I was looking at a few authorised brompton electric retailers nearest to me where I could get my bike tuned & repaired and also shop for various brompton accessories.Suffice to say this is the best bike shop I have been to for it. Absolutely the best staff, very friendly and helpful. I went in asking a lot of questions and they gladly answered all of them.They have loads of bromptons on display with a variety of accessories too. The store is just as nice, if not nicer, than the official brompton junction store in London. If you are considering getting a brompton too you can hire the bikes there too for up to a week I think.Took my bike in a couple weeks later to get the tune up and also decided to purchase the advanced brompton roller rack. These were installed and the tune up was done swiftly within 30 minutes of me dropping my bike off, also done for a reasonable price too, which I am extremely pleased with.Even though this is not the closest brompton retailer to me, it will definitely be my first choice for future needs. It is a nice easy 5-10 min cycle from the train station with a cycle path most of the way there.Definitely lives up to the premier status it was given to by brompton.Finally, there are other types of electric bikes (which I can't comment on since I only went in for brompton stuff) but with my experience with the staff, they will definitely be glad to help you find the right bike for you.

Good customer care and a friendly bunch.I had a few issues when I first used them, when I brought a new bike, but they were sorted out very satisfactorily.I have needed to get the bike sorted with some snagging issues and the workshop has been great.They have an extensive range of bikes, accessories & clothing.Highly recommended.

Called in to have a look at a White MTB and a Trek MTB, guy we dealt with was really helpful. Definitely recommend. Rotherham branch total opposite they are pants.

Absolute shocking expereince . Wrongly advised about a bike which cost alot of money only to be told you should have tried it on a turbo trainer at home. . Wasn.t saying this when the old bike was getting repaired money goi g in their till . And then a new bike was purchased after all this advice the bike is not right at all . All three stores have washed any responsability over the matter. Your managers are an absolute joke. So mr james the owner of the shops feel free to get in touch to discuss this matter further but i wont hold my breath shall i.!!!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere cause once theyhave it customer care goes right out the window had to give it a one star as there is no option for no stars

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered a brompton through the green commute initiative. Dom helped me step by step through the process and was really helpful throughout. when the bike arrived I collected it from a lovely chap called Gav. He is apparently known as the brompton guru! He knew absolutely everything there is to know about them. All in all a brilliant service and i definitely recommend them.Cheers guys!

Really impressed, well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent workshop. Efficient and very friendly mechanics, squeezed me in at the end of the day, fixed the issue promptly and shared a few tips, very reasonable prices.

Stopped in for the first time and was immediately met with exceptional service. The mechanic was friendly, very knowledgeable (I was a mechanic for years, so can tell), and went out of his way to get my tubeless wheels set up and find some obscure small parts for me on the spot. Will definitely be my go-to spot now that I live in Sheffield.

Purchase of my new e-bike was fun, easy and enjoyable. Feel I got a great deal and really great bike. Gavin's information on riding technique was especially useful on how to get the best out of the power and how this can help with reducing wear and tear on the bike. I was looking for a new road bike for my triathlon. But I am not a cyclist, and the guru bike fit sounds the right option as I'll be riding on that bike a lot and be spending on the bike a lot as well. But when I went and asked for it, I was told they will fit the bike I chose. So I will choose the bike first, then they will help me find the right size. Then I was asked to choose the bike I want to buy. They showed me where the bikes are. Not even asking what I am using the bike for. The displayed bikes have names and prices but I had no idea if it is carbon, aluminum what kind of brakes. And I just felt lost and I'm not gonna buy as expensive as those without understanding what I am buying. Probably I'll do my homework first. But I kinda thought that was the guru bike fit is for. LoL.
