Best optician I have ever been to. The only place that has genuinely been able to help me with my dry eye condition. Really professional service, very person centred. Calm, clean, well organised environment and such good value for money. Great teamwork, polite and friendly staff. Following my Blephex treatment there today my eyes feel better than they have in years. Would recommend to anyone

Staff are very professional and takes the time to listen and are skilled to have the conversation.I was not treated like a Ka-ching £££" . Good service recommended place for fast service

I am really happy with the service I received from the Kassford team. The eye test was very thorough - more so than at other high street opticians.They had a good range of specs to choose from and I was helped making the right choice, a pair that suited me.I have to say the HD varifocal lenses they recommended are simply the best I have ever had. Everything is very clear and just as they suggested. Usually there are distortions to the edge of my vision with varifocals, but not with these - just straight lines and very sharp edges. They also come with a two year scratch warranty, which I will probably be making use of at some point!I cannot fault the service from any of the staff at Kassfords. I felt unhurried and in good, professional hands. I will definitely be returning here for spectacles in the future.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the London Eye Care Centre Optician in Forest Hill. As a new customer, I was looking to book an appointment for an eye exam and to purchase new lenses. However, the staff at the centre were incredibly unwelcoming and presumptuous and even refused to book me for an appointment.When I inquired about the quality of their lenses, one of the staff members immediately assumed that I couldn't afford their prices and made it clear that they only cater to high-end clients. I was shocked and appalled by their attitude, which was completely unprofessional and unbecoming of an eye care centre.As a result of their rude behaviour, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone who values customer service and respect. It is clearly not an eye care centre that cares about serving anyone, but only those who they deem to be worthy based on their own presumptions.In short, I would not recommend this centre to anyone. If you are looking for an eye care centre that values their customers and provides excellent service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
