Great. Just did self service, £6 for 8kg machine and £9 for bigger one. Dryer £1 per 8 mins. Perfect

Used the large washing machine absolutely massive and I think a fair price to use the dryers too

Helpful and friendly staff, HUGE tumble dryers and washing machines with simple instructions of how they work along with the option to change your notes continue coins needed for the machines along with snack and drinks vending machines AND the option to buy detergent there too.

Its an OK place , all machines very clean and well looked after . There is a change machine there too

Service was friendly but it's the first time I've ever received back damp clothing, and a sock was missing.We don't live in the area, and only realised when we got home, so it was too late to make a complaint.

Got the job done, not cheaply at about £11 to wash and dry in a regular-size machine, including £1 for soap powder, and that's not a service wash. However, after further research, I found this pricing is fairly typical for the south of England, hence I've adjusted my rating. Perhaps surprisingly, this place seems to have a monopoly in this tourism town.

Used the same day wash and dry service for our duvet, service was excellent and staff helpful, thank you.

Be very very careful about using this company, they are rude, inflexible and will treat your valuable property with disdain. We dropped three beds worth of high quality bedding and a full set of 10 bespoke handmade chair covers to be washed and pressed. We intended to collect 2 weeks later but due to our daughter giving birth by c section elsewhere on the country we couldn't arrange collection for 5 weeks only to be told that it had all been disposed of. Utterly shocking and disgraceful behaviour just one step short of theft. No doubt they will hide behind some obscure policy, but this is outrageous. Over the years we have given them hundreds of pounds of business but never again (and we will ensure that everyone we know in the area understands why). If I could have given 0 stars I would have...

Just found out Town and Country have admitted making a mistake with the duvet wash and have agreed to pay for the quilt. Thankyou very much for doing the right thing by us.
