Avoid. Messed around/wild goose chase. Multiple emails unansweredAdvised to do this and then they can that. Then told they can't do it until X. Then the solicitor goes on holiday.Then they say they'll contact me in a week they don't. Then they say call back on Z. Then they say they can't help anymore. Waste of time, money and effort.

Had to report to SRA with regards to My Late Uncle's Will. And as such FOUND CLEAR ISSUES OF POOR SERVICE RELATING TO THIS FIRM.It has now been 3 long years since I had to lodge my complaint against Wrexham TEP advisers one male and his female counterpart. Finally following countless hours of paperwork evidence, both SRA and Legal Ombudsman together found clear issues of poor practice. Please be aware of these two brazen pair of individuals.

I would award minus stars if possible. After an email and 4 phone calls, one of which to an assistant with an attitude reserved for the lesser able, I managed to speak to a lawyer who was rude, with a ego far exceeding his level of success. He failed to communicate on a civil level. The whole experience was so ridiculous it was almost amusing.

Terrible service provided by family solicitor grishal . She has left me withou legal representation weeks before my court date knowing I have a disability and suffer greatly with my anxiety and bad nerves .
